“After almost 2 years of using agency staff on a regular basis, I have finally found an agency I am confident with and can trust. The 17c��ݺ��� have been providing us nurses for the past 4 months and I have been extremely impressed with both the way they handle my requests and the nurses they send. Any concerns are actioned promptly and I feel comfortable that the 3 nurses I use from the 17c��ݺ��� are trained and competent in both the care they deliver and the endless documentation that we ask them to complete!

I am not on commission (I wish I was!) but I do think - if a service is good - we should share it. In comparison to other agencies I have used, the 17c��ݺ��� are well ahead. As an example, I needed a nurse between Christmas and New Year to cover sickness with 3 hours notice. I rang 4 agencies:

One being the 17c��ݺ���. Two agencies - I left voicemails for asking them to call me back urgently. They have not returned my call to this day! One agency - did not even have an answering service working. The 17c��ݺ��� - I spoke to an operator who called me back 15 minutes later with a nurse who was excellent. I have attached a poster that I have on my wall. If you do need to use agency, the 17c��ݺ��� rates are amongst the cheapest and I would not recommend them if I didn’t have faith in the service they offer”

“Whenever I phone 17c��ݺ��� to request agency staff at the local office, I feel valued as a customer. I have consistency of staff answering the call and have built a working relationship. I often require staff at short notice and am grateful that your staff go out of their way to cover the shifts, often working late to cover us. They have got to know the needs of my ward and are able to offer consistency with the staff provided.”

Ms Humphrey is always professional, helpful and considerate of our needs. Rarely is a shift uncovered. On the few occasions I have had issues with staff provided, my concerns are dealt with in a professional manner and problems sorted rapidly and efficiently. I cannot recommend the 17c��ݺ��� highly enough.”
