Job Title: Senior Occupational Health Nurse

Salary: £21 - £41 per hour

Your Role
As a Senior Occupational Health Nurse, you will be an integral part of the team. You will:
Health Assessments: conduct comprehensive health assessments for employees, including pre-employment medicals, health surveillance, and fitness-to-work evaluations.
Health Promotion: lead initiatives that promote healthy workplace practices and improve overall employee well-being.
Case Management: provide expert advice on occupational health issues, manage cases of work-related injuries and illnesses, and support return-to-work processes.
Policy Development: collaborate with management to develop and implement occupational health policies and procedures.
Training and Education: deliver training sessions on health and safety topics to employees and management.
Qualifications and Experience
Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration
Proven ability to conduct health assessments and manage occupational health cases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
