If you're a qualified RMN or RSCN with a heart for helping young people, this is your chance to make a real difference. We're seeking nurses with:
A degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Clinical experience in paediatric nursing.
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Valid DBS check (we highly recommend the Update Service for annual renewals).
Your Skills in Action
In this role, you'll:
Conduct fast and accurate assessments of young people's needs.
Perform comprehensive mental health assessments, including risk assessments.
Efficiently refer patients to other services as needed.
Provide expert advice and support to other services and carers.
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development.
