Key Responsibilities
As an RMN with a focus on learning disabilities and complex needs, your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs during night shifts.
Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and making necessary adjustments.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A valid RMN qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Availability to work ongoing night shifts.
