Job Title: (Band 5) Registered Mental Health Nurse

Pay Rate: £23.40 - £27.00 per hour

Your Role
As a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse, you will be an integral part of the team. You will:
Patient Care: provide high-quality mental health care to patients.
Medication Administration: safely administer and monitor medications.
Crisis Management: respond effectively to emergencies and challenging behaviours.
Care Planning: develop and implement individualised care plans.
Documentation: maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN): valid NMC registration is essential.
Training: you must be PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression), and ILS (Immediate Life Support) trained with practical experience.
Clinical References: provide two clinical references to verify your skills and experience.
