Your Role

As an HCA or Support Worker, you will be an integral part of the team. You will: 

  • Personal Care: assist patients with daily living activities during night hours. 

  • Monitoring: regularly check on patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the night. 

  • Support: provide emotional and practical support to patients as needed. 

  • Record Keeping: accurately document patient care and any changes in their condition. 

  • Team Collaboration: work closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria: 

  • Experience: previous experience as an HCA or Support Worker is preferred. 

  • Availability: ability to work night shifts (20:00 - 08:00). 

  • Commitment: a caring and compassionate attitude, with a strong commitment to patient care.
